What details should be paid attention to when installing a low nitrogen burner?

With the progress of the economy and the call for environmental protection in our country, low-nitrogen burners are widely used in many industries. We have also learned about the characteristics of this equipment before, so what should we pay attention to when installing it? Today we will learn about it. Installation details of the equipment.

To avoid clogging pipe components or equipment’s gas ports, be sure to clean gas lines frequently. Before connecting to the low-nitrogen burner, all stains, scale and waste in the pipeline should be purged. The main shut-off valve should be arranged in front of the control adjustment system and ignition pipeline. Use it to turn off the ignition fuel and main pipeline fuel. The control valve is not closed very tightly, and the main system shutdown should be completed by a low-effort fuel switching valve.

The gas pressure regulator provides the pressure required by the system. If there are pressure regulating valves for several branch lines, then the pressure regulating valves on each branch line are individually controlled. Under a certain pressure, all pressure regulating valves can meet the needs of the entire low-nitrogen burner.

The ignition branch pipeline should be installed upstream of the gas pressure regulating valve. The fuel shut-off valve should be connected to a safety control system. Turn off the fuel supply when the control circuit sends a danger signal. Each time the system is started (or subsequently restarted), the operator is required to operate the manual valve. When the control system is operating normally, the electric switching valve allows automatic start.

The flow regulating valve adjusts the gas flow and controls its heat output. It provides a minimum adjustable throttling adjustment range to match the functionality of the device.

Most low NOx burners are equipped with a gas pressure test connection, but some may also provide an additional test connection. That is to say, all connections in the pipeline between the gas pressure regulating valve and the flow halo regulating valve must be connected to plugs and an actual pressure testing device cannot be used.
